A truly unique field blend from our Swan Valley Estate Nursery. A Mediterranean field blend wine of Grenache, Touriga Nacional, Mencia, Graciano and Tempranillo. Aromatic, pretty seet scented with red floral character, simply divine.
Sweet scented fruits, which are unique to these vineyards. Liquorice, cherries, ripe plums, perfume and flowery notes help depict the attractive complexity of this wine. Linear tannin structure that is accompanied by soft and supple tannins help allow the wine to show off its phenomenal balance that the Swan Valley is known for.
This wine displays rich blackcurrant & Chocolate characters with underlying varietal notes typical of the Margaret River Region. The French oak builds complexity and enhances the structure.
Encompassing poise and balance which conveys regional character and showcases our ability to blend an arsenal of varietal and regional characters from one of Australia's finest red wine making regions. Our winemaking weapons used are our multitude of clones from Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Malbec and Cabernet Franc.
Our Coffee Rock Shiraz showcases depth of flavour and sweet scented fruits which are unique to this vineyard. With subtle soft velvety tannins the hallmark of the palate.

Produced from very old Swan Valley Pedro X. vines and aged in old oak barrels for many years, before it is blended. It is a rich liqueur style with aromas of coffee, caramel and toffee. The palate is rich and lushes, paired with desert and cheeses.
