Our Rose showcases maraschino cherry and rose petal on the nose. Fragrant herbs of Provence, flavours of red berries and Turkish delight on the palate. The fruit sweetness is perfectly balanced with natural acidity, wafer thin tannins and a mouth watering finish.
Sweet scented fruits which, are unique to these vineyards Liquorice, cherry and ripe plums, perfume and flowery notes help depict the attractive complexity of this wine. Linear tannin structure that is accompanied by soft and supple tannins help allow the wine to show off its tastefulness.
A single vineyard Tempranillo made from fruit that was handled with great detail. Hand-picked and bunch sorted into open-top fermenters, wild fermented, four clones matured in seasoned oak which has resulted in a wine of character unique to place & vineyard.
This wine shows satsuma plum skin, blackberry and chocolate aromas. With typical Swan Valley textural generosity and richness, this wine yields a complex palate showing an emulsion of sarsaparilla, chocolate and mocha.
Frankland River has been known for it's intently dark and concentrated Shiraz wines, due to it's dry and cool summer growing conditions. Black and white pepper aromas accompanied by sweet cherry and plum characters bring this wines fruit presence to life. Soft velvety well balanced tannins with fantastic fruit sweet character justify why this regions Shiraz is so sought after.
This wine displays rich blackcurrant & Chocolate characters with underlying varietal notes typical of the Margaret River Region. the French oak builds complexity and enhances the structure.
