Chenin Blanc's spiritual home in Australia is the Swan Valley. This Chenin Blanc has been specifically crafted and meticulously handled by us to provide optimal aging potential of this iconic Swan Valley Variety.
A Portuguese white wine varietal, known for it's complex aromatics and bright layered mouthfeel well known in Swan Valley winemaking history as one of the first vineyard planting with its foundations in 1993.
“Introducing Western Australia’s first DNA tested Albariño. Originating from Rias Baixas in north-western Spain, this Mediterranean variety finds its new home in the Swan Valley. Selected for its retention of natural acidity, elegance and poise, as well as its intensity of flavour and aromatics. After seven years of research and establishment, this is a wine we very excited to finally share.”
Grown on our Wilyabrup vineyard in Margaret River. A fine boned but textural style of Semilon fermented in stainless steel tanks and seasoned French oak. Pear, jasmine, citrus, dry, crisp but also textural.
Aromas of white stone fruits, oatmeal, and fresh ginger and citrus are complemented with higher zesty notes. Powerful with subtle texture and citrus flavours that carry through to a long, chalky and energetic finish.
Lifted aromas of ripe pineapple, passionfruit and candied citrus peel. A refreshing line of natural acidity cuts through the swwtness giving the wine length, vibrancy and a clean finish.
Made from Swan Valley Grenache, this dry, fresh but complex style moves Rose in a new direction for Sittella.
