A complex style of sparkling wine, comprising of both an array of ripe fruit characters and typical yeast derived characters from the extended lees ageing. Fresh red apples, lemon and citrus curd accompanied with subtle toast, brioche and flint notes. The wine has the ability to age for a substantial amount of time, due to its natural acid backbone, which provides exceptional drive and length. Will develop more complex and toasted notes with time under cork.
A delicate salmon colour. The opulent Pinot Noir leads this wine, the bouquet is fresh with red berry aromas, some strawberry and cream yet dried citrus, truffle, pastries build layers and also lightly toasty aromas in the background. The palate is full, textural, generous and well balanced. The finish is full flavoured with a lot a richness that finishes clean and dry.

A traditional premium blend of Semillion, Verdelho, Chardonnay and Chenin Blanc. Hand picked, whole bunch pressed to ensure this wine's longevity and structure. Vibrant guava, pineapple and citrus aromatics are complimented by a crisp, dry finish that is 'smooth as silk'!
Chenin Blanc's spiritual home in Australia is the Swan Valley. This Chenin Blanc has been specifically crafted and meticulously handled by us to provide optimal aging potential of this iconic Swan Valley Variety.
“Introducing Western Australia’s first DNA tested Albariño. Originating from Rias Baixas in north-western Spain, this Mediterranean variety finds its’ new home in the Swan Valley. Selected for its’ retention of natural acidity, elegance and poise, as well as its’ intensity of flavour and aromatics. After seven years of research and establishment, this is a wine we very excited to finally share.”
Aromas of white stone fruits, oatmeal, and fresh ginger and citrus are complemented with higher zesty notes. Powerful with subtle texture and citrus flavours that carry through to a long, chalky and energetic finish.
Exceptional fruit expression and complexity, with Subtle flint notes accompanied by bright grapefruit, stone fruit and citrus elements, along with some saline and wet stone nuances. Crisp, structural palate with a medium weight palate will ensure the wine ages gracefully.
A single vineyard Tempranillo made from fruit that was handled with great detail. Hand-picked and bunch sorted into open-top fermenters, wild fermented, four clones matured in seasoned oak which has resulted in a wine of character unique to place & vineyard.
