Chenin blanc & Grenache. A fragrant and complex fruit profile that has both cherry, ripe pear and green apple characters, with a textured, creamy and long palate that is a dry style of Pet Nat.
Made from premium Western Australian Chenin blanc from the Swan Valley. Off/dry style, crisp, vibrant and lively loads of primary fruit characters, a serious but everyday style of bubbles.
This Sparkling is made from premium Chardonnay and Pinot Noir from the Pemberton Region. A cracking style of freshness and purity, subtle oak use, lifted floral and citrus aromas, crisp fine palate, Vibrant with added complexity, which is typically our house style.
A very typically Australian wine style. Great robust style of Sparkling Shiraz, sweet scented and fruit driven, pairs amazingly well with Christmas cake. Traditionally a Christmas style wine, but also great for winter. Made like a red wine, just with bubbles.
Light to medium colour, with a nougat and toasty, lemon straw like bouquet. The wine is tense, brightly crisp, a high acid palate classically Blanc de Blancs. The palate delivers lemon and oyster brine, with a touch of seasoned French oak nuttiness. Our Vintage Blanc de Blancs is tightly coiled and will reward further time under cork in your cellar.
A complex style of sparkling wine, comprising of both an array of ripe fruit characters and typical yeast derived characters from the extended lees ageing. Fresh red apples, lemon and citrus curd accompanied with subtle toast, brioche and flint notes. The wine has the ability to age for a substantial amount of time, due to its natural acid backbone, which provides exceptional drive and length. Will develop more complex and toasted notes with time under cork.
A delicate salmon colour. The opulent Pinot Noir leads this wine, the bouquet is fresh with red berry aromas, some strawberry and cream yet dried citrus, truffle, pastries build layers and also lightly toasty aromas in the background. The palate is full, textural, generous and well balanced. The finish is full flavoured with a lot a richness that finishes clean and dry.
Medium yellow colour, with a very nutty, malty bouquet imbued with a hint of oak and a touch of funk, all contributing to an immense complexity. The palate is full, round, soft and textured, with mellow mature flavours and a pleasantly dry aftertaste. At the same time it has finesse and tension. A fine wine.

Subtle lemon butter on toast with exotic spice and aged citrus preserve characters, make for an ultra complex white wine that only the Swan Valley has the potential of creating. Still an ultra fresh and vibrant palate, which is long and never ending, a wine for the ages.
