Description

Our Liqueur Muscat is picked very late in the vintage to ensure the berries have a high concentration of flavour. We crush and ferment the grapes on skins to extract and capture the intense aromatic compounds of the Brown Muscat grape. Once fortified the wine is put into our fortified barrel program to undergo the long ageing process.
