Sittella welcomes Grenada-born Head Chef, Sean Calliste, who has had over thirty years experience in his profession.
Having been mentored by culinary greats such as Gordon Ramsay and Marco Pierre White, Sean is a born leader in his kitchen domain where he expects the best from his staff and himself.
His passion has taken him world wide, including award winning roles in Canada and the UK, as well as spending 3 years at one of Brisbane’s top restaurants, Jellyfish.
